Welcome!

Hello, and welcome to my blog.  I'm so glad you are here. 

Let me start by saying, I wish that we had stayed in better touch over the years, and I apologize for dropping the ball on my end.  Hopefully, this blog will be a partial answer to my lack of communication.  I know that it is rather like the impersonal "Family Updates" that you get in Christmas cards each year.  However, my hope is that by keeping everyone updated this way, I can correspond in quick exchanges of comments rather than trying to find time to write multiple long letters.
